At AMI Computers, we aim to provide high-quality computers, accessories, and IT products to customers across India. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
NO DIRECT RETURNS ACCEPTED
AMI Computers deals in computer hardware and electronic products. Due to the nature of these items, we do not accept direct returns or exchanges once the product is delivered, except in special cases mentioned below.
PRODUCT WARRANTY POLICY
All products sold on AMI Computers are covered under the manufacturer/company warranty only.
• Warranty claims will be handled directly by the respective brand or authorized service center.
• AMI Computers does not provide warranty service directly.
• We can only guide customers in contacting the correct service center for warranty support.
WRONG PRODUCT OR DAMAGED DELIVERY
If you receive:
• Wrong product
• Physically damaged product
• Missing accessories
You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery with:
• Unboxing video proof
• Photos of the product and packaging
After verification, we will assist you in coordinating with the courier or brand support team.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds are only applicable under these conditions:
• Product is unavailable after payment
• Order is cancelled before shipping
• Verified wrong/damaged product case
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Refunds will not be provided for:
• Products once used or installed
• Customer ordering the wrong item
• Software, licenses, or digital products
• Minor packaging damage without product damage
• Warranty-related issues after delivery
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
